FYI - Below is the procedure we need to follow when introducers request to use our logo on their website. It ensures that our logo isn’t provided to introducers which might bring our brand into disrepute and allows us to keep a directory of (almost) everywhere our logo is in use.
I have saved the list onto SharePoint. Introducer Logo Use Permissions.xlsx
Historically, Sharlene has saved every email request here, but if we tag these requests in Freshdesk, we won’t need to save copies of the emails anymore.
Process for providing our logo / URL to external parties
- Make sure we have request from BDM – this constitutes their approval for us to be associated with the introducer, that their reputation is acceptable.
- Relevant sections from agreements and training material shown below:
- The list of introducers linking to our website here, containing these fields:
- Date
- Company
- Contact name & email
- What provided – logo/link/info
- Agreement has been sighted (add screen shot of introducer agreement section that refers to asking first to use our logo and only doing so in a positive way)
- BDM
