How to: BFS Rate Change email

Email content

1. Login to Cumulo9
2. Go to Messages 
3. Filter Messages by BFS
4. Find email BFS NZ - Rates Change 1 November 2022 - 20.10.2022 and click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side > Copy > update the name to reflect the date that the latest change takes effect and Save
5. Update date in email content to reflect date that the changes take effect
6. Click on Message Details and make sure the fields there are up-to-date
7. Make sure the reply-to address is marketing@avantifinance.co.nz

Recipient data

1. Go to Sharepoint > My sites
2. Channel Distribution online training and induction
3. Find document: Introducers - user training > Export to Excel
4. Open up the query (recipient data)
5. Sort by Active - delete those who have false in this field (approx. 12 records)
6. Sort by Passed- delete those who have false in this field (approx. 172 records)
7. Send updated recipient data to Lee and ask Lee to:
   - Add the New Rate column onto the list
   - Lee to check that the introducer types are correct
    - Lee to send back updated recipient list with New Rate column
8.  Load updated recipient list to Cumulo9
9. Add updated recipient list to new copied email in Cumulo9
