Hi Kimmie,

It differs per country. For BFS AU, please email accreditations@brandedfinancial.com and CC me as well. Matthew and team who monitor accreditations will update it in Finance Manager and I’ll update it for commissions.

For NZ, please email dealersupport@avantifinance.co.nz and CC me as well. Dealer Support can make the appropriate FinConnect and QuickSell (Finance Manager) changes, and I’ll update it for commissions (for the time being until fully moved into ALF).

Kia ora Timo,

I can't remember if I have already asked you about this (aroha mai - sorry - if I have!) but Dealers and Brokers have been emailing me to update their email addresses. I don't think it makes sense to update these in our email system because we would just be using other lists that you provide for future emails. Really, it needs to be changed at the source - if this was a customer, i'd be thinking FinConnect, but because it's a dealer, it's ALF, right? Do you know who is the right person to talk to about updating dealer/broker information in ALF?
