How to: turn on/off website ticker

1. We can toggle it off and on by going to Site Elements > Header > Solid Header > Edit > Edit ‘Cookie Notice’ Element:

2. Scroll down to the bottom of 'Row Settings' and uncheck 'Disable Row' then click 'Save Changes' and 'Update'

3. This change needs to be done for both the Solid Header and the Transparent Header in order for it to work:

4. Once completed, please go to the homepage and check that the ticker looks how you expect it to and click on it if it's hyperlinked to check that it's linking to the right place
