With our emails in Culumo9, there are some parts of the business that provide their own data and there's some parts of the business that rely on another source. I've chunked them down here from the type of emails we send, to make it easy.
- Avanti Matters - Avanti Matters has a master list under the 'Introducers' folder in Cumulo9. This is connected to a form that the Property BDMs update. We need to get the BDMs to check their lists once or twice a year. There is also a Staff list that needs to be included, too.
- Avanti Notification - Depends on the nature of the notification. Sometimes, Michael asks for this to be sent to all AM recipients (Master List and Staff), but sometimes different notifications e.g. holiday hours need to go to different audiences e.g. Nicole Remkes can provide a Brokers list for Avanti, Lee Robson can provide a Dealers list for Avanti, Ash Sharma can provide a list for Personal Loans.
- BFS NZ Notification - This list used to be pulled out of SharePoint following Sharlene's instructions, but Lee found it to be incorrect earlier this year. So instead, Lee provides the lists. There may be a couple of them, one from QS and one from ALF (these will end up being two separate emails)
- BFS AU - Brokers Matrix, BFS AU Dealers Matrix or any other AU emails - Tony Farnell provides this (originally from Timo in IT)
- ALF - we haven't sent an ALF email for a long time, but this list is usually supplied by the team. Lee Robson will be able to point you in the right direction
- Chery - Tony Farnell provides this
- MotorCentral/FinanceCentral - I'm pretty sure Sam Morgan provides a list, but Tracy Pennell should be able to point you in the right direction
- Customer emails - Mark Hawkins from IT supplies a list when we need to send to customers
